Joseph C. Clermont

Joe Clermont graduated from Suffolk University Law School in 1982, and has operated his own law office since 1986. His law office is geared toward legal issues involving individuals, families, and small businesses. Please visit our “Areas of Practice” page to see our primary focus.

Joe is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and handles court proceedings and other legal matters in both states.

Joe has achieved favorable verdicts and settlements for personal injury plaintiffs, successfully defended clients in criminal proceedings, and has enjoyed assisting clients for over thirty years.

Outside the office, Joe loves spending time with his wife and grandchildren.

David J. Clermont

David joined our general practice in 2012 and became a partner in 2022.

A graduate of Suffolk University Law School, David previously worked as an associate in a mid-sized Boston law firm practicing in the area of civil litigation and insurance defense with a focus on toxic tort and complex products liability litigation.

Outside the office, David enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. He currently volunteers as a lecturer for the Merrimack Valley Housing Partnership, a clerk of the Foundation Board of Directors for D’Youville Life & Wellness Community, and as a Youth Sports Coach.
