I have been licensed to practice law since 1982, and currently handle legal matters in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. I have operated my own law office since 1986 and focus on the general practice of law.

My law office is geared toward legal issues involving individuals, families, and small businesses. Some of our areas of practice are listed below:

  • Real Estate - purchase, sale, and mortgage refinancing for homes and commercial properties; application for variances and special permits; land use and development.
  • Estate Planning - Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Proxies, Living Wills, and other documents needed to protect your assets and prepare for transfer of assets at death.
  • Probate and Estate Administration - probate of wills and administration of estates at death.
  • Domestic Relations - divorce, custody, child support, parenting issues, modification of prior orders, adoptions, and guardianships.
  • Civil Litigation - Superior Court and District Court lawsuits.
  • Criminal Law - representing defendants charged with a crime.
  • Landlord and Tenant - leases, evictions and all matters pertaining to residential or commercial property.
  • Accidents and Injuries - automobile accidents and all other incidents resulting in personal injury.
  • Business Formation - buying and selling a business, corporate and limited liability company formation.
